We are surveying Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage (BCAH) clients to find out how satisfied they were with the Program, and the level of service they received. We invite you to complete this survey and let us know about your experience.
This survey is comprised of a series of questions, to evaluate your experience. You can use the final section to leave us any additional comments, or suggestions for improvements you feel have not been addressed elsewhere.
