To whom it may concern,
The NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) covering Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees are committed to continuously improving the healthcare available to all the people living across the district. As part of this continued work, we want to look at how Musculoskeletal (MSK) services are provided locally.
MSK services support adults with over 200 different conditions affecting joints, bones, muscles and soft tissues and covers individual services like:
• Orthopaedics
• Rheumatology
• Physiotherapy
• MSK Pain Management
• Podiatry services
• Occupational Therapy
If you or someone you care for has used, or are using, any of the above services, we would like to hear about your experiences and gather your opinions about how we could improve these.
We are holding an event on Thursday 17th July 2014 between 9.30am – 12.00pm at The John Smith Stadium, Leeds Road, Huddersfield. If you would like to come along to this event, please complete the attached booking form.
We appreciate that not everyone will be able to attend. We have therefore developed a survey, which is based around the questions that we will be asking at the event and we would very much appreciate if you could spare the time to share your thoughts.
