1. Use data to inform our decisions regarding curriculum/assessments for all students in order to provide differentiated instruction when needed.

2.Team vertically (k/2) to ensure a developmentally appropriate continuum in curriculum/instruction that aligns to the common core.

3. Share information from our own classrooms, online resources and staff development opportunities to help the team enhance our instruction and assessments.

-Explore and train to use Narrative WFBB rubrics / -Shared writing samples, rubrics, goals and expectations for low/med/high writers at all levels
-Shared ideas for how to incorporate the WFBB, David Matteson, Thinking maps and 6 traits to make a comprehensive writing program / -  We will do similar activities using expository writing samples and rubrics.
