1. Request approval of the March 20, 2017 regular meeting minutes

2. Request approval of budget amendments – Julie Davis, Finance Director

a.  General Fund – Sheriff’s Office - $55,100 - to appropriate $51,100 for the Appalachian Community Services contract with the Sheriff’s Office for a Safety Resource Officer and $4,000 in donations to cover camera equipment to be used by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Sheriff’s Office – ATTACHMENT 1

b.  General Fund – $88,900 – various departments - to cover some expenditures coming in over budget and $445,000 Occupancy Tax revenues coming in over budget in the current year – ATTACHMENT 2

c.  General Fund – HHSA – Dental Office - $11,185 – increased demand for dental work to be paid from dental service fees – ATTACHMENT 3

d.  General Fund – HHSA – Environmental Health $39,806 - increased State funding of $8,973 cover the Food and Lodging inspection program and $30,833 state grant for Zika virus containment – ATTACHMENT 4

3. Request approval of revisions to the Haywood County Health & Human Services Agency,

(HHSA) Board Bylaws and Operating Procedures – Stoney Blevins, HHSA Director/Asst.
