BEACH HOUSE RULES
Check out: 10AM-Checkin: 4PM unless otherwise given permission
Trash comes Monday and Thursday Morning. Please pull can to edge of the road.
Cleaning expectations:
- All Trash emptied
- All Floors swept and mopped
- Refrigerator cleaned out
- All dishes washed and put away
- Tub and shower cleaned
- Bathroom sink and toilet cleaned
- All TV remotes returned to perspective room
- Living room rug vacuumed
- Beds made up with quilts and pillows returned to beds.Any quilts or pillow shams with stains should be laundered and returned to bed
IMPORTANT!!!
*Air condition units should be maintained and left on 72 degrees. I have an oscillating fan and a box fan to push the air to the right side of the home. We are getting central air but for now please use additional fans!! Keeping blinds and doors closed will keep units from freezing up. If you have adjusted the temperature to your comfort Level please return the temperature settings back to degrees before checking out.
**Because I do not have a shed to store the golf cart, please secure the golf cart with the boot upon leaving. Very important.
***If you have condiments that do not require refrigeration such as spices, sugar or oil, you are welcome to leave those for the next guest. If you have paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or tissues you are also welcome to leave those items as well.
****All small electrical appliances unplugged from wall (table lamp, microwave, toaster, oscillating or box fans)
*****DO NOT UNPLUG: TV’s, CABLE BOXES OR WI-FI ROUTER. I will be alerted on my cell phone. So expect a phone call from me if this happens! It is part of my security system.
If you have a problem with cable, Wi-Fi, door lock, air conditioner, golf cart, parking or just general questions, please feel free to text or call me. I can be reached at 336-831-6316. I will answer you as quickly as possible.
If you find that you are in need of security due to disturbances or security concerns please call the Main Gate Security office at 843-828-4847.
Please keep golf cart plugged up when not in use and at night. This ensures the battery doesn’t die on you and you aren’t pushing it home! Don’t be alarmed if you are blocked in at the pool. Just release the brake of the car behind you and push the blocking cart back so that you are able to back out. Most people are nice enough to offer a hand in assisting you.
Don’t forget to go by the recreation center or the front office for a list of activities and events that Ocean Lakes is providing for you this week! I hope you enjoy your stay! Please come back and stay with us again.
