Bio: Suzy Hansen

Suzy Hansen’s worldview was shaken in 1975, at age 20, when her car was engulfed and lifted off the road by a massive white ball of light, resulting in 90 minutes missing time. The incident catapulted Suzy headlong into researching New Zealand’s nationwide UFO sightings, and her own ongoing contact experiences recalled from early childhood.
Suzy Hansen is a UFO sighting investigator, author and contact experiencer from New Zealand.
By profession, she was a primary and college teacher, and grief counselor.
She saw her first UFO at age eight years – a glowing bright orange cylinder stationary in the sky for ninety minutes, sighted by hundreds of witnesses and reported in the national newspaper.
Since 1997 Suzy has lectured nationally and internationally at meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops about New Zealand UFO sightings and her own alien contact encounters and interaction experiences, as well as related spiritual and metaphysical topics. She has featured in internet interviews, radio, TV, and newspaper/magazine interviews. Suzy has taken part in a number of international UFO documentaries including New Zealand’s 60 Minutes – The Truth is out There, Korean TV, and National Geographic’s series Invasion Earth. She regularly contributes articles to UFO Truth Magazine (UK), and has written for UFOlogist (Aust), Ovni (UK), and other UFO and paranormal/spirituality-focused magazines.
Suzy’s focus for the last decade has been on encouraging members of the scientific community to participate in examining the wealth of science-related detail contained in: (1) the accounts of human interactions with non-human intelligences and species, and our connections with other worlds and realities through consciousness, and, (2) aspects of UFO sighting investigation data relating to advanced alien technology and “new” physics.
She believes one of the major issues facing mankind in the future will be open contact with other civilisations in the Universe. In the meantime, she promotes the fact there is much to be learnt from humans who have already made this tremendous leap in consciousness, and who have witnessed the vast array of potential benefits available to mankind and our environment through such associations.

Suzy began working with abductees/experiencers in NZ in 1975 following her own experiences of missing time and memories of contact in childhood. She established the New Zealand Abductee Support Group in 1989, now replaced by Communicatorlink which she established in 2014 - a support, research and information network for those experiencing alien contact and other states of consciousness (OBEs, NDEs etc).
Suzy is the author of “The Dual Soul Connection – the Alien Agenda for Human Advancement” (2015), with contributions by Dr. Rudy Schild, Emeritus Professor of Astrophysics, Harvard/Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, Cambridge, USA.
“The Dual Soul Connection” documents Suzy’s lifetime of experiences with extraterrestrials and non-human intelligences.
“The Dual Soul Connection” addresses aspects of spirituality, consciousness, metaphysics, and alien culture, alongside scientific concepts of physics and advanced organic “conscious” technology, all within the framework of alien contact, highlighting our interconnection with a wider universal family.
Significantly, the book outlines Suzy’s participation in complex multi-layered alien programmes, a positive agenda designed to assist and advance humankind and her experience of a dual soul identity central to this agenda. Her presentations transport the audience “onboard the craft”, enhancing their understanding of what occurs in this physical, and sometimes non-physical (pure consciousness) environment.
Her book also covers her experiences of telepathy, animal communication, pre-cognition, life-between-lives, out-of-body experiences, and spirit communication.
Suzy’s contact experiences have featured in other researcher’s articles and books, including Alfred Lambremont Webre’s book “The Dimensional Ecology of the Omniverse”, Ch 8.

Suzy has actively investigated (fieldwork) NZ UFO sightings for 43 years. She is the founding Director of UFO Focus New Zealand Research Network (UFOCUS NZ), New Zealand’s only nationwide group that investigates and documents New Zealand UFO sightings. UFOCUS NZ has a particular interest in NZ aviation and military UFO sightings, and UFO sightings that occur around the times of seismic and volcanic activity in NZ. UFOCUS NZ’s archive holds over 10,000 UFO sighting reports, making it one of the largest archives worldwide. Suzy has interviewed and communicated with thousands of people who have had UFO sightings, close encounters, and metaphysical/paranormal experiences.
In 2008/09, Suzy, on behalf of UFOCUS NZ was instrumental in lobbying the NZ Chief of Defense Forces to disclose the NZ MOD UFO files, which were released in 2010 and 2011.
UFOCUS NZ has a signed agreement of cooperation with CEFAA, Chile’s military and aviation UFO research group.
