Manpower Planning (12.12)

Manpower planning is an important activity in the successful completion of a project. This module deals with various activities associated with Manpower planning.

BHEL Manpower Requirement Plan (12.12.1)

This is the first activity for manpower planning with respect to a project. This needs to be done for anticipated projects also. This form enables user to define the manpower requirement of a project.

Pre-requisite:

·  Entry in Project Master (12.2)

·  Entry in General Master (1.2)

The information captured in this form is used in:

·  Project Estimation (12.1.3)

·  BHEL Manpower Deployment Plan (12.12.2)

BHEL Manpower Deployment Plan (12.12.2)

On confirmation of a project, this form can be used define the deployment plan for manpower by name.

·  Entry in Project Master (12.2)

·  Entry in General Master (1.2)

·  Entry in PIS employee master

There are many employees, who are assigned more than one area of work. The data on manning of sites is important for future project estimates. This form enables users to log various roles performed by them.

Pre-requisite:

BHEL Manpower Requirement Plan Approval (12.12.5)

BHEL Manpower Deployment Plan Approval (12.12.6)

BHEL Manpower Joining (12.12.7)

Based on Manpower deployment plans, transfer orders are issued. Based on the transfer order, individual is relieved from one location and joins other location.

This form enables user to update manpower details of a site and issue Joining Order.

BHEL Manpower Relieving (12.12.8)

Based on Manpower deployment plans, transfer orders are issued. Based on the transfer order, individual is relieved from one location and joins other location.

This form enables user to update manpower details of a site and issue Relieving Order.
