The above trainees are eligible for Pay and other admissible allowances in the JTO Pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500 as prescribed by BSNL, N.Delhi letter no. 1-50/2008 PAT (BSNL) dated 05/03/2009, from the actual date of their joining in the Unit on completion of field training.

Since the officers are posted against the JTO vacancies in the Non-recruiting units, the Head of Unit is requested to take these JTOs on their strength with effect from the date of reporting as per instructions contained in BSNL C.O. , New Delhi letter no. 4-1/04-Trg. Dated 23/06/2006.

The above JTOs will undergo 6 (six) weeks Phase-II training compulsorily within two years in order to be eligible for second increment.

The Head of Unit may communicate the station of posting to the GMs concerned under intimation to this office well before the completion of field training. The station of posting as decided by the Head of Unit will be the new Head Quarters.

The date of joining of the JTOs may be intimated promptly to this office. No request for change of posting will be entertained on any ground.

The JTOs posted to Project Circle / T & D Circle / will have to work for a minimum period of 4 ( Four ) years.

The allotment ordered by this office and subsequent postings ordered by the Head of the Unit is provisional and subject to fulfillment of all pre-recruitment formalities already initiated by the recruitment section of this office.
