Friday
Elem./JH Wrestlers will weigh in starting at 1 pm and as they arrive throughout the day.
Morning/Afternoon / Teams Arrive4:30 pm / HS Weigh In / Dinner 4:30-6:00 in Lobby
4:00-5:30 pm / 4-8th grade Round 1 / Coaches eat in Hospitality Room
5:30-7:00 pm / HS Round 1
7:00-8:30 pm / 4-8th grade Round 2
8:30-10:00 pm / HS Round 2
Saturday
7:30 am High School Only Weigh In (Scratch +1) Breakfast at 7:30 am in Lobby
9:00-10:30 am / HS Round 310:30-12:00 / 4-8th grade Round 3
11:30-12:30 / Lunch in Lobby / Coaches eat in Hospitality Room
12:30-2:00 pm / HS Round 4
2:00-3:30 pm / 4-8th grade Round 4
4:00-6:00 pm / Placement Matches
5:00-6:30 pm / Dinner in Lobby / Coaches eat in Hospitality Room
7:00 pm / Finals (awards immediately after)
Travel: Please email with the number of travelers, travel times, and airline. You need to arrive Friday before weigh-ins. You will need to depart on Sunday.
Competing Teams: Local Area Villages, Nome Nanooks, Dillingham Wolverines, Bethel Warriors and Glennallen Panthers.
Meals: Dinner will be provided Friday and Saturday nights. Lunch will be provided Saturday only. Breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday morning. Coaches/referee’s and chaperones will eat in the Hospitality Room.
Email Addresses: Darren Lieb will need email addresses for whoever is responsible entering their team into the tournament. Once he gets your email address, Trackwrestling will send out a notification with a username and password to allow that person to enter their roster in our Event. Please forward email addresses to:

Rosters: Enter your roster and weight class (this could change when coaches arrive) on Track Wrestling once you receive the email. Please limit 2 kids per weight class as this is going to be a Round Robin Event. There may be a possibility to enter more than 2, but not right now.
Fee’s: Please bring a $100 check payable to B.R.H.S. Wrestling to help offset the cost of Officials.
