Beth Ann Rosica, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Administration for VisionQuest National Ltd. (www.vq.com),a nationwide provider of evidence‐based services to at‐risk youth. She also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Advancing Evidence Based Practice (www.advancingebp.org), an association of providers, model developers, researchers, and public agencies committed to promote the development, adoption, and effective implementation of evidence‐based programs for at‐risk youth and families. Dr. Rosica has worked in the provider community for 20 years serving youth in the juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health systems. She has assisted her agency in embracing evidence‐based practices and has been responsible for selecting and implementing numerous evidence‐based models.
