The Petitioner filed a complaint before the Commission under section 14 of UPERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulation 2007 and whereas the Commission initiates the proceeding in the matter under section 142 for non compliance of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum order dated 21/06/2017 in appeal no. 284/2017.
