Periodic Reporting Docket No. RM2016-2

(UPS Proposals One, Two, and Three)

ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ACCESS

TO NON-PUBLIC MATERIALS FILED UNDER SEAL

(Issued February 1, 2016)

In this proceeding, the Postal Service filed certain materials under seal labeled as USPS-RM2016-2/NP1.[1] United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) seeks access to the nonpublic materials filed by the Postal Service “for the same outside counsel and consultants to which the Commission has previously granted access, under the same set of protective conditions.”[2] Requests for access to non-public material filed under seal by the Postal Service were previously granted to UPS in Order Nos. 2321, 2363, and 2756.[3] UPS states that the Postal Service does not oppose its request for nonpublic access to USPS-RM2016-2/NP1. Motion at 1.

The Commission grants UPS’s request for access to the materials filed under seal as Library Reference USPS-RM2016-2/NP1.

It is ordered:

1.  United Parcel Service, Inc.’s Motion for Access to USPS-RM2016-2/NP1, filed on January 22, 2016, is granted.

2.  Non-public access to USPS-RM2016-2/NP1 is granted to the same outside counsel and consultants, and under the same protective conditions, as outlined in Order Nos. 2321, 2363, and 2756, and may continue for the duration of this proceeding.

By the Commission.
