Dear members,

If you would like to join us on any, or indeed all, of the days out please return the booking form below as soon as possible. We will operate our booking/ reservations on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis. If you don’t get a place on a trip you’ve tried to book, I will telephone you immediately. We would like payment for each trip a minimum of two weeks before each departure (Theatre Trip immediately on booking please). With your booking, please also indicate your preferred pick up point. I will confirm arrangements by post a week or so before each departure.

This is our 9th year of running the Leisure Club. Please tell your friends new members are welcome (they must be retired and living in Battle) …… just tell them to give me a ring.

Refunds; full refund for cancellations made 2 weeks before trip day (Theatre Trip excepted). After 2 weeks, a full refund if I can re-sell the seat.

Profits/Surplus; any surplus made from the trips will be donated to Battle Muffins Charity fund – this fund supports mainly local people and groups in need and St. Michael’s Hospice.
