IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICAL RULES BEFORE ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICAL RULES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SWEEPSTAKES OF CHANCE. SKILL PLAYS NO PART IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS.

1. SPONSOR. The Sweepstakes Sponsor is Battenfeld Technologies, Inc., 2501 Lemone Industrial Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201 USA ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes beginsTuesday, March21st2017 at 3:00:00 p.m. US Central Time (“CT”) andendsTuesday, April 4th 2017 at 11:59:00 a.m. CT (the “Entry Period”). The terms and conditions set forth herein, along with any additional information on how to enter and win prizes,constitute the official rules governing the Sweepstakes (“Official Rules”).

2. WHO MAY ENTER. Eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win prizes is limited to individual persons at least eighteen (18) years of age at the beginning of the Entry Period, who are legal residents in any of the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia. There is a limit of one entry per person. Any effort by an entrant to enter more than once or to misrepresent himself or herself through the use of aliases or multiple e-mail addresses will disqualify that entrant. Submissions generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entrants who disregard these Official Rules are not eligible to participate or win. Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (and their immediate families and household members) of the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and persons who were awarded a prize or received other promotional consideration from the Sponsor within six (6) months prior to the beginning of the Entry Period are also not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.The Sponsor's determination of eligibility, in its sole discretion, shall be final.

If there is any dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made via the Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook®or Instagram®account at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook account by Facebook, Inc. or an Instagram account by Instagram. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, during the Entry Period:(1) Visit: the Caldwell® Page; and/or the Bog Pod® Page; ; and/or SmithWesson® Accessories Page; ; and/or the Tipton® Gun Cleaning Supplies Page; and (2) “Like” the Caldwell Page; and/or “Like” the Bog Pod Page; ; and/or “Like” SmithWesson Accessories Page; ; and/or “Like” Tipton Gun Cleaning SuppliesPage; and (3) Post a photo or video relating to turkey hunting on the original Turkey Hunting Giveaway Post; and (4) “Like” the Turkey Hunting Giveaway post.

Alternate Method of Entry: (1) Visit and/or (2) “Like” the Caldwell_Shooting_SuppliesInstagram Account; and/or “Like” the Bog_Pod Instagram Account (3) TAG 2 friends you like to hunt with in the comments; and (4) “Like” the Turkey Hunting Giveaway post.

Alternate Method of Entry 2: (1) Visit (2) Fill out the information in the provided form; First and last name; email address; check agreement box to sign up for our newsletter.

All entries must be submitted and received during the Entry Period. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No purchase is necessary to enter, and a purchase will not improve chances of winning.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected at random by putting all eligible participants’ names into a randomly selected drawing. Winners will be drawn at random on Thursday, April 6th 2017. 1 winner will be selected. Winner will be notified via Facebook, Instagram or email, if applicable; and, their names will be posted on and on the Sponsor’s official Facebook and Instagram page.

5. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES. One winner will win oneLead Sled® 3, 3 packages of Orange Peel® Turkey Targets, one Bog-Pod® CLD-2, one pair of E-Max® Low Profile muffs, one S&W®5020 LED Flashlight110237, one Ultimate Target Stand, one TiptonDeluxe 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod-Shotgun, one Universal Bore Guide, one Tipton Silicone Gun Cloth. The winner will havehis or her name published on the Sponsor’s official Facebook, Instagram page and website.The prize winner will be notified on Facebook, Instagram, and/or via email if applicable on or afterThursday, April 6th 2017.To claim the prize, the winner(s) must follow the instructions contained in his or her notification. Potential winners shall be required to complete, sign and return within ten (10) days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility. Prize winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Sponsor by the specified deadline may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, and selection of an alternate potential winner. NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE, WHETHER BY REGULAR MAIL OR BY EMAIL, MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER.

No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize of equivalent monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

6. LICENSES. By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to Sponsor or anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor (the “Authorized Parties”), to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish and create derivative works of the photograph or video entries in whole or in part in all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in any way such Authorized Parties see fit including, but not limited to, entertainment, education and promotional purposes. Entrants consent to the Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant’s “moral rights” in their entries. Display or publication of any photograph or video entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate that the entrant will be selected as a winner. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with any use of a photograph or video entry.

Additionally, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and unrestricted right to use entrant’s name, Facebook name, likeness, voice, persona, hometown, prize information and all statements made in connection with the Contest in all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity in any way such Authorized Parties see fit including, but not limited to, entertainment, education and promotional purposes. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.

If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Authorized Parties to make use of the rights entrant is granting in this Section 6.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to and do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder or any product purchased with a prize awarded hereunder.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Sweepstakes entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to in this Sweepstakes. Limitations and disclaimers of liability will be void or limited to the extent prohibit by applicable law.

8. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES OR AMEND OFFICIAL RULES

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes,Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time in its sole discretion.

9. WINNERS LIST; RULES REQUEST.

10. DATA PRIVACY. Entrants agree that each entrant’s name and address may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by the Sponsor in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by writing to Battenfeld Technologies, Inc., 2501 Lemone Industrial Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201. Personal data will only be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated herein.

NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Sponsor to mail notices of skill contests or sweepstakes. To elect to have an individual's name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request in writing to: Battenfeld Technologies, Inc., 2501 Lemone Industrial Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201. This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all notices of skill contests or sweepstakes by Sponsor to such individual.

11. NO FACEBOOK ENDORSEMENT; RELEASE. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. You understand that by using and interacting with you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies that govern the use of You should therefore review the applicable terms and policies for including privacy and data gathering practices, before using or interacting with Facebook. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to and do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Facebook and its employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder or any product purchased with a prize awarded hereunder.

12. NO INSTAGRAM ENDORSEMENT; RELEASE. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. You understand that by using and interacting with you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies that govern the use of You should therefore review the applicable terms and policies for including privacy and data gathering practices, before using or interacting with Instagram. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to and do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Instagram and its employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses and damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder or any product purchased with a prize awarded hereunder.

13. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Entrants agree that this Sweepstakes shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the state of Missouri and the forum for any dispute shall be in the state of Missouri, United States of America. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Sweepstakes are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. An entry is void if the Sponsor determines the photograph or video to not be an original, or if the entryis illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local fees, surcharges and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or does/do not respond within ten (10) days to a winner notification as required by the "Sweepstakes Prizes" Rules above, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or entrant (including an entrant's identity and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
