Level A: resurfacing and/or rehabilitation of roadways, widening, improvement of intersections, and design of new facilities and have completed two projects (100% design and construction).
Level B: grade separated interchanges, roadway widening, and new, two-lane facilities and have completed two projects (100% design and construction).
Level C: design of multi-lane, high-volume highways, and multi-level or multiple interchanges on existing or new locations and have completed two projects (100% design and construction).
