VEGETABLE, CHEESE, OR FRUIT TRAYS

Vegetable Trays consist of at least four of the following: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green peppers, radishes, and mushrooms. They are also served with Ranch Dip.

Extra Ranch Dip is available for $3.60 per pint.

Cheese Trays are made with a choice of five domestic cheeses - either sliced or cubed.

Fruit Trays come with at least four of the following: cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, watermelon, or strawberries (depending on availability). Amaretto dip is available for $3.60 per pint.

Bread Tray: A selection of sliced white, wheat, whole grain and rye bread, and Kaiser rolls. Trays are $0.50 per person. Croissants and Artisan breads are available for .80 each (when included on a bread tray)

Chicken Salad Tray: Our Chicken Salad is made with toasted almonds, grapes, sweet pickles, and mayonnaise. Two pounds of chicken salad is served on a bed of leafy lettuce and arranged attractively with grapes and cashews on a 12” tray. The cost is $24.00.

Additional chicken salad may be purchased for $5.80 per pound.

Tex Mex Tray: Our Tex Mex is a layered dip consisting of a bottom layer of spicy bean dip, next guacamole, next spicy sour cream spread, and all of this is topped with chopped onions, black olives, tomatoes, and lots of cheddar cheese. This is one of our most popular zesty appetizers and it is always a hit. We offer two sizes of our Tex Mex: $22.00 for a 12” tray, which serves 30-40, and $40.00 for an 18” tray, which serves 60-70. Tortilla chips are available for $3.69 per bag.

Cheese Balls: We offer two kinds of cheese balls: one is a traditional cheddar cheese mixture; the other is a mixture of cream cheese, chipped beef, and horseradish. Cheese balls may be rolled in any one of the following: pecan pieces, chipped beef, or parsley. They are $8.50 per pound.

Pineapple Cheese Spread: Our Pineapple Cheese Spread is a delightful mixture of cream cheese, pineapple, pecans, green pepper, and onion displayed in two halves of a pineapple, topped with chopped pecans and served on a tray. One half pineapple serves about 25 and is $18.00. Two halves serve about 50 and the price is $30.00. Additional pineapple cheese spread is available for $8.50 a pound.

Salmon or Shrimp Mousse: Distinctive spreads, either our Salmon or Shrimp Mousse are sure to be a crowd pleaser. The mousse is prepared in an attractive fish mold shape and displayed on a tray covered with fresh leaf lettuce and garnished with slivered almonds. The cost is $34.00.

Party Sub: - 3 foot sub includes Ham, Turkey, Salami, Swiss and American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and Italian Dressing $48.00. Sub serves 20-24. (Bread is special ordered so order in advance)

Watermelon Basket: Decorative basket made from the melon, filled with 1 ½ gallons fresh fruit salad --$48. (Available when watermelons are in season) Additional fruit salad is $24 per gallon.

Brie with Almonds and Dried Fruit or Brie with Pesto, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts:

Finger Sandwiches: We offer a variety of finger sandwiches, made with our homemade fillings. They may be prepared on white, wheat, rye, pumpernickel bread or Martin’s rolls. We also offer ham biscuits on choice of angel biscuit or sweet potato biscuit. The finger sandwiches are priced by the quarter; biscuits Martin’s roll sandwiches and puffs per piece:
