Designed for Baby Boomers, this class is set to the timeless music of that generation. Get your heart pumping and spirits soaring with easy to follow cardio movementsas well as strength and balance practices.
Balance for the Better
A variety of mainly standing exercises that focus on improving balance, stability, agility, and total body mobility/flexibility.
Beginner's Mat Yoga (Beginner’s- Must be comfortable sitting and lying on the floor) Designed to teach you the fundamentals of Mat Yoga and prepare you to further your Yoga practice. You will gain confidence and knowledge of your body and its capabilities as you experience the many benefits of Yoga.
Bullet
Thirty minutes of low impact cardio vascular movement to get you and your metabolism cranking for the day. Easy to follow dance steps combined with lunges, squats and other full body movements.
Chair Yoga (All-Levels) Enjoy the benefits of Yoga, including increased flexibility and range of motion, from the support of a chair. The practice includes breathing and balancing exercises, strength training and relaxation.
HIIT It Hard
Get your heart rate up and work out at your own intensity level! This class focuses on working through intervals to challenge both your strength and endurance. End class with a core challenge and some great stretching!
MatYoga (Intermediate)
Based on traditional Hatha Yoga techniques including breathing exercises, sitting, standing and balancing postures. Participants must be comfortable sitting and performing exercises on a mat.
Range of Motion (R.O.M.) This class is composed of a series of exercises to increase range of motion/muscular strength and improve quality of life for daily living skills. A chair is present through the entire class for participants to sit or stand when they feel necessary. This class is especially helpful for those with arthritis and related diseases.
TRX
This class is good for those interested in making their own body their machine! This class will work to improve total body flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. The body and TRX can be adjusted to make this class the appropriate intensity level for you.
Book Club
Get lost in a good book! Enjoy thoughtful discussion and guided reflection in a relaxed atmosphere. We read and discuss 1 - 3 chapters weekly. New members are always welcome!

Great Decisions Discussion Program 2017
Great Decisions 2017, a nationwide US foreign policy discussion program organized by the non-partisan Foreign Policy Association, involves more than 250,000 Americans annually in thoughtful discussion on US foreign policy and the role of the United States in the world today. A different topic is discussed each month, and all opinions are welcomed and respected. Participants read a 12-page, magazine-style ‘briefing book’ article prior to each discussion, and independent reading and research are welcomed. Life experiences and personal beliefs are relevant to discussions, and participants are encouraged to prepare thoughtful comments that can be shared.
