Important Notes:
- Students must complete an Application for Admission to the Secondary Education Degree Program before they can be admitted to upper division Education classes. Admission requirements include a background check, GACE Basic Skills scores, demonstrated writing proficiency, completion of 45 semester hours, completion of EDUC 2110, 2120, 2130, a one page statement of purpose for entering the program, and an overall GPA of 2.5. Students must meet with a content area advisor to complete this application.
- Grades of C or better are required for all lower division HIST courses.
