2)These design criteria and requirements can be submitted for concurrence with the Regulatory Agencies either during the design process, or as a part of the NSC CS-1 Design

3) Need for involvement of Regulatory Authorities will be defined based on the safety related issues reviewed in the document.

4) Regulatory Authorities will be provided with the technical specifications for the structures, systems and components: classified as Systems Important to Safety-1 and Systems Important to Safety -2; of fire-proof designation, industrial safety in accordance with the list provided in [11]. In case if the supply package (technical specification) includes several components of various class or designation (for example, steel arch structures), the choice will be made between submission of technical specification as a whole and submission of specific specification for the components related to safety.
