Thisawardispresentedtomemberswhohavemadesignificantcontributionstothe

FloridaTrailAssociationatastateorchapterlevel.Examplesofsignificantcontributionsmayincludeleadership,fundraising,recruitment,outreach,orothervaluablevolunteerservice.

PresentedtomemberswhohavemadeextraordinaryeffortsandarehighlyqualifiedasActivityLeadersorActivityCoordinatorsusingactivitiesasameanstointroducethepublictotheFloridaTrail.Thenomineeshouldhaveahistoryofsuccessfulandinnovativeactivityleadership,displayingaknowledgeoftheActivityLeaderGuidelines,andpossessskillssuchasfirstaid,mapreading,knowledgeoflocalflorafauna,orcultureandhistory.
