ACMA Centre for Technology is driving various types of cluster programs from last 16 years. ACT Cluster programs are driven by able team of ACT Mentors, Counselors supported by Cluster company CEOs, Coordinators and Employees.

Over 700 companies benefited through various ACT cluster programs. ACT would like to appreciate selected best performing companies as “Best Performing ACT Cluster Company” through special recognition at forthcoming ACT Summit for making their cluster journey, a successful one with their achievements.

3) Best practices (Max 10)- share best practices followed by your company for benefit of all stakeholders (customer, supplier, employee, shareholders & society) (Unique initiatives, Unique features, operating systems, Technology, employee morale, material storage & handling, plant upkeep, documentation, Customer satisfaction, Innovations & similar etc.)

4) Is ACT Cluster program, a Value for money - (Yes / No) (You may add max. 3 lines- optional)

5) Benefits of ACT Cluster program - (Max. 10 lines) (Mention benefits in terms of tangible & intangible)

C.  Guidelines for Nomination

1) Company can send one form for one plant (Only ACT or UNIDO Cluster Companies- program / project - completed / running). Please fill up separate form for another plant nomination.

2) Selected company will be invited to attend ACT Summit on to receive award (Free entry to Summit for two team members per selected plant, additional person will have to register separately as a delegate)

3) Selected company may need to make presentation on its ACT Journey- showcasing Learning (12-minute slot per company) at ACT Summit subject to Jury Panel decision which will be communicated in advance.

4) Selected company’s improvements synopsis will be published in its various ACMA publications / Websites.

5) Decision of the Summit Committee will be final and binding to all contestants.

i) Receipt of nominations : 24th Nov 2017

ii) Evaluation by panel of Jury : 27th Nov 2017

iii) Communication to Winners : 30th Nov 2017

iv) Award Ceremony : 8th & 9th Dec 2017 (during ACT Summit at Pune)

Evaluation Criterion

Key performance Indicators progress - 15 pts. Cluster road map execution - 20 pts.

Best practices - 10 pts. Significant Improvements - 10 pts. Documentation - 5 pts.

Horizontal Deployment - 5 pts. Uniqueness of cluster implementation - 10 pts.

Cluster Results - 15 pts. Holding gains (Sustenance) - 10 pts.
