The Annual General Meeting for Athletics Northern Territory will be held at Sage Resort, Darwin.

Present: Kevin Mulvahil, John Bowden, Murray Stewart, Shane Wylie, Shane Cadan, Brad White, Nigel Doyle, Cameron Burrows, Roger Chin, Ruth Garden, Beryl Edwards, Lyn Guelfi, Nola Brockie, Laura McGrane, Darryl Miller

Apologies: Ian Hazelwood, Steve McGugan, Priya Wickremasena, Nicole Simmonds, Ian Fullarton, Justin Justin, Emma Kraft, Leigh Davis

3.0  Minutes of previous AGM

3.1  Moved by Brad White, seconded Nola Brockie.

3.1.1  Motioned to accept the minutes: Accepted.

a.  Receive and consider the audited accounts of the Association;

b.  Receive and consider the report of the President on the fairs of the Association;

b.1.  Thanks to all for continued support and hard work, thanks to staff and Board Directors for continued efforts

c.  Receive and consider the recommendations of the Board;

c.1. Note Recommendations will be in constitution discussion

d.  Election/appointments of Directors

d.1.  One nominee for each of the following positions – Vice President, Development Director, Marketing & Promotions Director

d.2.  Competitions Director – no nominees. Will leave applications open until a later date.
