INFORMATION, RULES and REGULATIONS

MERCHANDISE

Items you will be selling must be listed on your application. Pictures, from new vendors, appreciated to give the committee a better idea of what you will be bringing. Vendors are selected at the committee’s discretion. Those selected will be notified. If disqualified, application fee will be refunded.

RESTRICTIONS:

All items sold must be of good quality, handmade, homemade arts and crafts. Absolutely no carnival type items, no live animals, no fireworks or firearms allowed. We reserve the right to exclude any merchandise deemed inappropriate

SET UP TIME:

Vendors may set up Friday, November 10th between 3:00-7:00pm or

Saturday, November 11th beginning at 7:00am

All must be set up and ready at 9:00am Saturday, November 11th

Vendors MUST remain open Saturday, November 11th from 9:00am -5:00pm

VENDOR PARKING

Let’s make room for all our shoppers. Vendor parking, during Crafters Market hours, is in the back of the large church parking lot on East 26th St. Handicap parking is the only exception.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax collection and payment is the vendor’s responsibility. A Resale Tax # or Social Security Number is required for all Vendors.

FOOD ITEMS

Food prepared in the Activity Center kitchen will be available to buy from Church Organizations Saturday from 9:00am – 2:00pm

SECURITY

St. Joseph Parish Activity Center will be securely locked during hours Crafters Market is NOT open.

LIABILITY

Vendors are responsible for the merchandise, security and liability of their booth or space and persons. Vendors shall indemnify and hold St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Diocese of Austin and/or any individual harmless from any and all loss.
