Job Title / NetWORK Project Career Coach
Roles and responsibilities of the employee /
  • Liaise and network with the relevant people internally and externally through the Project Steering Committee (PSC) with regards to the delivery of the project.
  • Assist in the recruitment of project participants
  • Support and administer the delivery of an annual programme of training events and tailor-made training to female refugees and women with leave to remain including female family members and the development and co-ordination of the training calendar with Cultúr
  • Contribute to the Project’s Quality Assurance Framework, analyse risks and opportunities for the project on a quarterly basis and ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Help clients to identify and achieve their career goals through the creation of personalised integration plans
  • Design and delivery of suitable bridging vocational training programmes to achieve identified outcomes for female refugees
  • Design, organise and facilitate recruitment events throughout County Meath supporting the employment activation of the caseload of female refugees on the Net-WORK project
  • Coaching and leading participants throughout the pre-activation process.
  • Direct delivery of training and training programmes to female refugees
  • Contribute as part of the team to the attainment of project outcomes and outputs
  • Administration and promotion of social media platforms relevant to the Net-WORK project
  • Ensure that all training files, financial and administrative records within your area of responsibility are maintained to a high standard.
  • Gather information statistics and prepare reports as required, including administration of databases as appropriate to the role.
  • Respond in an efficient friendly and appropriate manner to all communications within Cultúr and Meath Partnership within your area of responsibility.
  • Any other duties that may be requested from time to time.

Personal Requirements /
  • Previous professional experience in the NGO, community, voluntary or third sector for a period of 2 years.
  • Working demonstrable knowledge and practice of community development, training, new communities, gender issues, employment, inclusion and/or equality issues.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and ICT skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team, working effectively within the support and supervision structures provided to meet high level goals and targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the direct provision of training.
  • Understanding of migration issues
  • Management of sensitive data and confidential information.

Working Hours
Full-time / Part-Time / Part-time / If Part-time, state specific days / hours per week / 20 hours per week.
Gross Annual Salary (include. PRSI & Pension) / €20,082
Location / Based in Kells – with countywide remit
Car Usage / Access to own transport is essential given the outreach nature of the job. Full Clean Irish Driving License required. Mileage Allowance Paid.
