President Elect John Semtner called the meeting to order at 11:08 am

  • Daniel Brazeale made motion to accept June meeting minutes. Jason Keyes seconded the motion. Motion passed.
  • Treasurer’s Report – Presented by Stephanie Thomas
  • FY14/15 end of year surplus of $10,000 discussed. Distribution of surplus to be made via check from investment account as follows:
  • $4000 to CRC
  • $1000 to Research Promotion
  • $1000 to Scholarship
  • $4000 to Golf Tournament
  • John Semtner requested the budget to be balanced for upcoming year and a draft to be brought to September BOG meeting for review and approval.
