President Elect John Semtner called the meeting to order at 11:08 am
- Daniel Brazeale made motion to accept June meeting minutes. Jason Keyes seconded the motion. Motion passed.
- Treasurer’s Report – Presented by Stephanie Thomas
- FY14/15 end of year surplus of $10,000 discussed. Distribution of surplus to be made via check from investment account as follows:
- $4000 to CRC
- $1000 to Research Promotion
- $1000 to Scholarship
- $4000 to Golf Tournament
- John Semtner requested the budget to be balanced for upcoming year and a draft to be brought to September BOG meeting for review and approval.

- Provided updated POAE Summary for 2015-2016 from each chair to date
- Communication to RVC for each chair
- Increase RP givers per year
- As a region use 50% more DLs than allotment
- Form true committees for each chair to ensure next level commitment
