This Perpetual Trophy will be awarded for an outstanding performance of either the short or free skate program in the Basic Novice B – Senior Singles Divisions (Queensland competitors only).

The Trophy will be retained by IFSC Inc. and will be engraved with the winner’s name and year.
Results / The IJS (ISU Judging System) will be used for all Divisions, Preliminary and above.Closed or Open Marking
Results displayed or announced will remain provisional until the results are certified by the segment Referee and Technical Controller on the official result form.
Judges
(Interstate events only) / Each State association is invited to nominate a Judge or Judges, Technical Controller and/or Technical Specialist and Data Operator/Video Replay Operator for any scheduled events.
These nominations should be advised to LOC before the closing date.
Membership Requirements
Membership cont. / At close of entries, all Australian competitors must be a full financial member of their relevant State Association and an affiliated club. (Inclusive of ISA Insurance Registration either directly or via their state association).
The membership must be valid during the full competition period.
All Aussie Skate™ entrants must also be registered with ISA Aussie SkateTMand currently enrolled in Aussie Skate™
Overseas entrants must be financial members of an ISU member skating organisation and/or its affiliates, as required by their national organization; the membership must be valid during the full competition period.
Insurance/Liability / All members of State Associations are covered under the ISA National Insurance Policy while participating in the event. This policy includes Sport Accident cover.
ISA & Ice Skating Queenslandassume no responsibility for other persons in connection with this event.
ISA recommends that any person travelling to an interstate event consider personal travel insurance.
Eligibility to Compete / Skaters Preliminary and above must have passed the relevant ISA test level at the close of entries.
Competitors in Aussie Skate™ divisions must compete at the highest test level passed bythe competition closing date and cannot enter a level lower than that which they havepreviously competed.
Skaters who have passed the ISA Preliminary Test at close of entries are not permitted to compete at Aussie Skate™ level.
Practice Sessions / Practice times will be advised approximately 12 days prior to the competition.
COMPETITION ENTRY DETAILS
Entry Process and Eligibility to Compete / Online entry submitted directly to LOC by competitors
The LOC will provide a list of competitors to the state associations within (2) two days of close of entries. State Associations will confirm to the LOC as soon as possible thereafter, the skaters’ eligibility to compete as well as membership status of both club and state.
Conditions for Online Entry / All Interstate competitors must notify their relevant state association of their entry submission prior to entering.
All state associations will be asked to confirm that entrants are full financial members in good standing, of both the state association and an affiliated club. (see details above)

  • Planned Program Content Sheet (PPC) for all IJS-level programs to be received at the time of entry

Withdrawals / Refund only with a medical certificate provided before the draw.
No refund permitted after the draw.
Prior to the closing date 10% of the entry fee will be deducted from the refund.After close of entries and prior to the draw 25% of the entry fee will be deducted from the refund.
Music Provision and File Naming / Provided at Registration: CD
2 copies of each music programme must be supplied as follows:
  • be provided on Compact Disc, with only ONE track per disc
    must be marked with: competitor's name and division (e.g. Junior Ladies)
  • program description (e.g. "Short Program")
  • running time of the music (not skating time).
  • Music must be supplied at the level to be played. Sound will not be adjusted during the event/s
NB Music is not accepted electronically and/or by USB
Other Music file notes / All competitors must have on hand at the event, a backup copy of their competition music on CD
Music (ISU Rule 343 Singles, Pairs & Dance and ISU Rule 823 SYS): Please note paragraphs 1a), 1b), 1c), 2, 3, 4, re: Music Reproduction.
Each program (short program, free skating, short dance, free dance) must be recorded on a separate file and labelled with competitor division, name and running time of the music.
Two (2)MUST be submitted on CD as specified by the LOC.
All CD’s must be collected at the end the day’s competition. The LOC hold no responsibility for Music not collected. CD’s not collected will be destroyed with 24hours of the competition concluding.

Schedule / A schedule of events will be provided following the closing of entries and published on the LOC website
Awards/Trophies / Trophies/Medals will be awarded to the first three place-getters of each division.
