Art Camp Parent Information Packet
Thank you for choosing All Fired Up for your art camp experience! We are excited to spend time with your aspiring artist exploring art and creating masterpieces. Our camps are filled with exciting projects that are sure to captivate kids and delight parents. Please read the following information. Sign where indicated. Initial by the x’s.
At All Fired Up we run art camps for children ages 7 and up during school breaks. You can view our camp schedule online at We have two camp sessions per day, 9 am-12pm and 1pm-4 pm.
x Please drop off your camper no earlier than 15 minutes before camp starts. Please be on time to pick up your camper. If campers are picked up late, there is a $10 charge for the first 30 minutes and an additional charge of $15 for each 30 minutes after. If you need to arrange late pick up, please do so prior to the day of late pick up. The fees must be paid on the day of late pick up.
x You may send in snacks with your child. If you sign up for the whole day, both sessions, please send a lunch and drink for break between sessions. Children will eat lunch while being supervised by the AFU staff.

I acknowledge that I have been informed that All Fired Up Camp Program is NOT a licensed child care program. All Fired Up Camps are exempt from licensure by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning based on Rule 591-1-1-.46(b)7 of the BFTS Child Care Rules and Regulations Manual.

Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases All Fired Up Ceramics, Inc. and all Owners and Employees from all liability relating to injuries that may occur Art Camp and/or Events, on location. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold All Fired Up Ceramics, Inc. and all Owners and Employees entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in Art Camp and/or events and all activites. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against All Fired Up Ceramics, Inc. and all Owners and Employees for any reason. In return, I will receive participation in all activites. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
