With the goal of increasing the number of first-generation and under-represented students in completing the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), I agree to:

·  A goal to have 100% of seniors start the FAFSA.

·  Identify a location adequate in size and with adequate number of computers to accommodate the expected participants.

·  Use trainings and use CG FAF$A web-based resources to help students and their families complete a FAFSA.

·  Include counselors, administrators, and student government in local planning, and volunteer recruitment.

·  Identify and recruit community members to serve as volunteers.

·  Assist with the collection of evaluation data (sign-in sheets and exit surveys), which are completed by students, parents, volunteers and other attendees of the Arizona CG FAF$A workshops. And to forward all evaluation data to the Commission immediately following the event(s).

Four pilot program high schools saw an increase in their FAFSA completion rates over the prior year of 7 to 13 percentage points through the use of student level data. Arizona College Application Campaign (AzCAC)

Are you interested in participating in AzCAC? The 2015 AzCAC campaign included 46 high schools with close

to 14,500 seniors across the state. Twenty-one percent (3,025) seniors filed their first postsecondary

application ever during these events.
