N.B. If you hack to the training please do not go through the barrier, but go around the back turning left before the barrier.

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser, Instructors, Officials and Stewards.Neither the Organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss or damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

Please note. The horse entered on this form MUST be the horse/pony you ride on the day to ensure you are grouped correctly. Places are limited so to give everyone a chance to participate spaces will be limited to ONE HORSE PER RIDER and ONE ENTRY PER RIDER

This fundraising training is run under Pony Club rules.

  • My hat is up to Pony Club standards (no fixed peak)

PAS 015:1998, 2010 or 2011,EN 1384:1996,BS EN 1384:1997 With the BSI Kitemark. Snell E2001 withSnell label and number. AS/NZS 3838 1998 or AS/NZS 3838 2003

  • I will wear a level 3 body protector (or Air Jacket in addition to body protector)
  • I will wear a medical armband
  • I will not jump any jump without an instructor present or go out onto the cross country course without the instructor
  • My horse is fit enough to endure 1 ½ hours of cross country training
  • I will not wear jewellery or nail varnish for safety reasons
  • I will wear long sleeves (no hooded tops), correct riding boots and attire (long hair to be tied back).
  • If I take a parent, friend or guardian along, they will not interfere with the lesson in any way unless asked to do so by the Instructor.
