COME AUDITION FOR THE

FMS TALENT SHOW!

Date: Tues. APRIL 21, 2015

Time: 2:45 p.m.– 5:00 p.m.

Students must complete an audition form and hand it in to Ms. Gadek(rm 201) or Mrs. Francis (rm 406) by Friday, April17th to audition.

Audition forms can be found on the

8th Grade bulletin board & the

Student Council bulletin board outside of the cafeteria in the 300 hallway

or in Rooms 201 and 406.

All acts involving recorded music will be required to provide your own music. You MUST submit your song via CD or MP3 file to Mrs. Francis no later than Friday, April 24th. You will also be required to submit the lyrics to your song for approval. In order to maximize the number of people able to perform, acts may not last for more than 3 minutes. Please remember all acts must be school appropriate and safe!

Behavior Policy

If you are selected to perform in the Talent Show it is important that your behavior during school is in accordance with the school behavior policy. This includes behavior on the bus. Any student selected to perform in the Talent Show who receives ISS, OSS or more than 1 administrative detention will be removed from the Talent Show immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your classroom teachers will provide weekly updates and we reserve the right to remove students from participating in the show who are consistently late to class and/or disruptive in class.

Dress Rehearsal/Practice

If you are selected to perform in the Talent Show you agree to practice on your own and attend any practices held prior to the show. You also agree to attend the Dress Rehearsal on April 30, 2015 from 2:45 – 5:00 in the FMS Auditorium. Failure to attend practice/dress rehearsal may result in being removed from the Talent Show.
