Approval of Minutes: Mrs. Grosso and Liz Meaney

Treasurer’s Report: Opening balance as of October 1st was $10,703.02. Deposits were $10,884.25 and expenses were $6,073.51. Leaving an ending balance of $15,513.76.

Correspondences: (1) From the homecoming committee from North High School thanking Willow for the generous contribution of decorations. All leftover decorations from the fall festival were given to North for their homecoming.

Administrative Report: Wonderwalk on Halloween was organized by MrsTringone for the March of Dimes. It was very well attended. Lots of parents were out. Building Inspection: This Saturday 9:50-10:20 the Board of Education will walk through the school for a Building Inspection. This is being done at all schools. Anyone is welcomed to attend. Parent / Teacher Conferences will be on the 6th (day and evening) and on the 7th (day only). Both days are half days, dismissal will be at 11:00. Winter Concert is on the 14th, morning one for the children then one in the evening. “Chunkies”: Mrs. Ambrosio shared the history of the “Chunkies”. It was very interesting and everyone should Google “Willow Road Chunkies”. The teachers are working on something to represent them.

Committee Reports:

Book Fair made about $1500. End of the year we will have another book fair that is not a fundraiser.

Fall Catalogue: We are getting the delivery next week. We will know then how much we made.

Coupon Books: Meeting tomorrow to finalize. They are coming back slowly. There are still a lot of books out.

Pre-School 22 children registered, great turn out.

Fun Night: It was a really “FUN” night. Great comedian and great turnout.

6th Grade: T-shirts are in. Candid pictures will be this Friday and that will be the first time they get to wear them. Fundraiser $30 Gift Card to “The Dogwood Inn” and baskets will be raffled off at the evening concert.

High School: Spoke about the Bond. There are many different opinions especially now with the Green Acres PILOT. Vote is on December 6th.

Council Delegates: 1st meeting will be next Monday.

SEPTA: still looking for members. Meeting every other month now. December 7th will be the next meeting at Memorial. The topic will be 6th grade transition.

Reflections: Moving forward to the next level. Delivered to Nassau regions this week.

Dinner Dance: Will be the end of January. There are not many volunteers. They are looking for help. Please contact Angela Seegel or Vanessa DeFalco if you can help.

FS Civic Association: They are having a holiday fair on December 10th. They are trying to bring the community together and do some fun things.

School Pictures: Retake day is this Friday along with 6th grade candids.

Holiday Party: This Friday night. Unfortunately there is no pay at the door.

Holiday Boutique: December 14th and 15th. It’s a lot of fun for the kids to shop.

School Clothing: We made about $1200. Everyone loved the new stuff. After the February break we will have another clothing sale.
