Conditions
- An administration fee of £N/A shall be paid to the Council by the Applicant. A location fee of £N/A has been agreed.
- The Council shall be fully indemnified against all actions, claims, demands, costs and expenses howsoever incurred in respect of all accidents and/or damage in connection with the authorised activity.
- 50% of agreed fees must be paid to the Council on or before the day of use referred to in the Particulars of the Contract (Date of Use). The Council shall have the right to refuse the Applicant access to the sight unless all fees have been paid in accordance with this clause. In the event of cancellationa charge of 75% of the administration fee shall be payable unless written notification is received by the Council two full working days prior to the Date of Use.
- In the event of the Applicant or their representatives spending additional time at the Site in excess of the days described above an additional fee shall be paid. The Applicant shall not be deemed to have vacated the Site until the site is cleared of all equipment and personnel to the satisfaction of the Council.
- The Council does not make or give any warranty or assurance that the Site is suitable for the purpose required by the Applicant. The Applicant shall be deemed to be satisfied that the Site is sufficient for their purpose on signing the Contract
- The Applicant shall be deemed to have taken notice of the actual state and condition of the Site and shall take all reasonable precautions necessary to prevent accidents to any person or persons using the same during the inclusive of the dates of use as set out in the Contract. The Applicant shall, at their expense, obtain all necessary consents, licences and other permission and pay all fees and charges imposed or required by any authority to enable use the Site for filming and to indemnify the Principals against all claims, damages, costs and proceedings arising out of and failure to do the same
- The Applicant shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Council against any and all damage to the Site an the contents thereof arising out of the Applicant’s use of the Site and without prejudice to the foregoing the Applicant shall immediately at their expense make good any such damage to the Site. The Applicant shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Council in respect of any loss, liability, cost, claims, proceedings or expenses made or bought against or incurred by Applicant’s use of the Site.
- The Applicant shall not allow other persons on the Site who are not in their employment without the written consent of the Council.
- The Applicant shall at the request of the Council, written or otherwise, reinstate all or any part of the Site which has been so altered by the Applicant and shall make good all damage in connection therewith.
- The Applicant shall remove and provide proper storage for any furniture required to be removed from the Site and shall make good any damage caused to any such furniture during removal or storage.
