Sir,

Reference your application on pre-page, I am directed to inform you that this Ministry hereby conveys its agreement in principle to grant a licence for establishing the desired Wireless Stations, subject to the following :

A.PARAMETERS

B.CONDITIONS TO BE FULFULLED BEFORE ISSUE OF OPERATING LICENCE

a)Action should be initiated immediately for siting clearance and procurement of equipment. Manufacturer’s name & type number of equipment may be communicated after procurement. A copy of invoice/delivery challan and equipment details as obtained my be enclosed.

b)After above is completed and equipment are installed and ready for operation, fees may be paid through a demand draft, drawn from any branch of State Bank of India in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, (HQ), Department of Telecommunications and payable at State Bank of India, Main Branch, New Delhi (Code No.0691). Operation should not be commenced before grant of licence.
