I hereby agree that the financing granted by ABLV Bank, AS, shall be received by me in accordance with the procedure set forth in chapter “Financing against pledge of investment portfolio” of ABLV Bank, AS, General Terms of Business. I hereby confirm being aware of the fact that pursuant to ABLV Bank, AS, General Terms of Businessall my funds that are or will be held in my accounts with ABLV Bank, AS, shall secure my obligations to ABLV Bank, AS, and those of customers closely related to me, and the funds shall be pledged with ABLVBank,AS, as financial pledge.
I hereby confirm that I am aware of the nature of transactions in financial instruments and precious metals, and their associated risks, including the risk of customer’s losses due to changes in market value of financial instruments and precious metals. [1]Must be filled with legal entities, who are residents of the EUand plan to perform transactions in derivative financial instruments. The customer commits not to perform transactions in derivative financial instruments until LEI number is provided to the Bank. The customer assumes full liability for improper fulfillment of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation requirements and undertakes to indemnify the Bank against any claims and losses related to the same.
