This form will be sent by Yeungjin College to previously attended school to verify the records of applicant’s attendance and graduation. If the records of attendance and graduation are not confirmed to be true, the admission can be cancelled.
Applicant must fill out this form as many as the number of universities the applicant attended. For example, if you graduated from two universities, you should fill out two.
