1) You should submit all original required documents to prove your qualification and to prepare student visa as followed above list by the 14th of November, 2016..
2) Applicant who acquired the degree in other countries should submit an academic records verification document

3) To verify the family relationship, applicant should submit the official document like below.

4) An applicant who is currently studying previous coure, should submit the certificate ofadegreetobegranted and then submit original Certificate of degree or graduation to apply students visa.(by the 24th of February, 2017)
5) Statement of Financial Affidavit: It should be deposited with $18,000 by sponsor (applicant or parents) over over one month and should be fixed
6) If you took any test of Korean (TOPIK) or English within the period of application, you should verify it with application of the test. Then you must submit original certificateby the 14th of December , 2016. If not, CWNU will reject or cancel your admission. (The valid date of certificate should be untilthe 14th of November, 2016)
7) Except these requirements, CWNU can ask to submit additional documents to verify facts.

11) If you apply Dept. of Fine Arts, Industrial Design, you must submit the Portfolio of Artwork
If you apply Dept. of Music, you must submit the Portfolio of Verification of Performance Career

8. Notes
1) Applications to more than two departments and simultaneous admission to more than two universities are not allowed.
2) Once the application ID has been formally received, any change to or cancellation of the application will not be allowed. In addition, the department or major to which you applied cannot be altered.
3) Changwon National University is not responsible for the problems caused either by mistakes in inputting information or by any missing documents.
4) Admission may be rescinded if the information applicants provided in their applications and required documents is found to be false or if the documents themselves are forged. If it is determined that admission was obtained by dishonest means, after entrance into CWNU or the degree of sub-course (Bachelor's or Master's degree), subsequent academic achievements will not be seen as either appropriate or legal.
5) Those who do not submit required documents, fail in meeting the requirements for admission, or do not pay the application fee will not be granted admission.
6) No submitted documents will be returned, and all application fees are nonrefundable.
7) Grades of the entrance test are to be kept confidential.
8) Applicants are required to ascertain whether or not their documents arrive prior to the deadline and are responsible for any problems caused by missing documents.
9) The applicant's contact information (mobile phone number) should be included with the application. If any information changes during the admission period, please report it to the office of International Affairs (☎055-213-2633). Applicants are responsible for problems arising from disconnected calls.
10) Notifications during the admission period are not given personally. All notifications will be available only on the CWNU website.
11) Matters not described here are in accordance with the general regulations of CWNU governing admission and academic affairs.

2) How to Apply for Dormitory Residence
- You should choose the dormitory type, number of meals in Format #1 of the application, with reference to the dormitory guidelines. If you do not, your dormitory will be designated as type A.
3) Dormitory Fee: Payment and Details
- The dormitory fee is for one semester(16 weeks), and for the summer and winter vacation periods, you are required to apply and pay according to separate plans.
- Food tickets are available for supplementary meals.
- The payment is due within 3 days of entering Korea.
4) Notes
- If you do not want to stay in the dormitory, you should submit a report of change of abode and get the permission of the Dean of International Affairs.
- While moving, you are required to submit a medical report (the items include hepatitis and tuberculosis).

12. Students Visa
- Applicants overseas should directly apply for students visa to Korean Embassy .
-We will send the certificate of Admission to applicants. Applicant must apply for the students visa to the Korean Embassy with all the required documents.
13. Student Insurance
1) In case of emergency or unpredicted accident, all new students must buy the international students insurance upon entering the university during studying period( In case of death, disease, accident) will be entitled to receive the coverage amount of over $10,000). If the applicant already is insured in his/her home county, the insurance policy should be submitted to the Office of International Affairs
2) The information involving insurance will be noticed in Orientation; the insurance fee which is good for 1year, isabout130,000won(insurance company).
3) If you don’t have any insurance policy, CWNU will not give scholarship or any support.
