Disclaimer: It should be noted that the SHLAA is an assessment of the deliverability and developability of sites for new housing and the identification of potential housing sites in the local authority. Inclusion in the SHLAA report does not necessarily mean that planning permission will be granted for new housing or that the site (s) will be allocated for new housing development in Development Plan Documents. Other material planning policy issues will be taken into consideration during any planning application process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY PIECE OF LAND IN SEPARATE OWNERSHIP WILL NEED A SEPARATE PRO FORMA COMPLETED.

Each site will need to be visited to enable a full assessment of the site. By completing and returning this pro forma you consent to officers for the Council (or their site representatives) visiting the site in order to make an assessment against the Site Assessment Methodology. Site visits will be conducted unaccompanied wherever possible. Where there may be reasons why an unaccompanied site visit may not be practicable (for instance where the site is secured and not visible from a public highway), please indicate below so that alternative arrangements for a site visit can be made as appropriate. If the site can be adequately seen from public vantage points there may be no need for site access.

Are there any issues which would prevent officers of the Council undertaking a site visit unaccompanied? If so please indicate: Yes/No……………………
