The applicant hereby notifies Argentina Clearing that it shall access via extranet the Back-Office service known as AnywherePortfolio[1], propriety of Argentina Clearing, with the User name specified herein and under the exclusive responsibility of the ALyC, or ACVN where appropriate, in accordance with operational modalities currently in force and those that may be enabled in the future.
Likewise, the applicant hereby authorizes Argentina Clearing to send the password that has been assigned to the User to the specified User's private and exclusive e-mail address.
For accessing the service, the User shall have such equipment (hardware, software, connectivity, functionality, etc.) that meets the minimum specifications laid down for that purpose.
We understand that, in order to provide a better service, Argentina Clearing may modify the equipment specifications, notifying the User about such modifications through a Notice.
The service shall be accessed through the authorized User name and the password assigned to that User, so that the ALyC, or the ACVN where appropriate, shall be the sole responsible for that person and password.
The User undertakes to maximize the necessary measures to safeguard its confidentiality and reliability. Therefore, following the delivery of the authorized passwords to the person specified herein, the User takes full and exclusive responsibility for the use of such authorized password, releasing Argentina Clearing from any liability in relation to the use of such password by third parties unrelated to the User.
The ALyC, or the ACVN where appropriate, and the CM understand and accept that if the service is not available due to material, technical and human factors or due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure; or that if the service is to be discontinued due to the necessity of performing repairing and/or maintenance tasks, on all or part of the features of the service, Argentina Clearing shall not be liable for compensation of any kind.
Should the User be inactive for three months, it shall be disabled.
The User shall not assign or transfer this authorization, nor the rights arising from it.
While Argentina Clearing is not notified otherwise, the provisions of this document shall be considered effective and fully binding for the ALyC or the ACVN.
