PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff, Citibank (South Dakota), N.A is hereby requested to respond to this Demand for Bill of Particulars for the purposes of this action. The matters set forth herein shall be responded to pursuant to CPLR §3041.

The Plaintiff is hereby directed to deliver to the Defendant, within the time prescribed in CPLR §3041. PLEASE NOTE that this is NOT a request for monthly billing statements.
