  • All students must come dressed in their class uniform. Miss Donna will instruct students when to wear their costumes.
  • No makeup is to be worn this day & hair is to be placed in a ponytail or bun (for Ballet Students).
  • All performers are required for their dance/s and finale rehearsal.
  • Performers may go home as soon as their dance/s and finale rehearsal is completed.
  • All students must attend this venue rehearsal or they will miss vital stage direction (entry/exit & backstage tuition etc.) & will be unable to perform in the Annual Production.

THURSDAYEVENING SHOW (20.11.14)

  • Please ensure you bring all costumes, hairpieces and accessories. Students will not be allowed on stage in the Annual Production if they are missing any part of their costume, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all items of your costume and accessories.
  • Please ensure you have your name clearly marked on every item of every costume. Costumes must be brought backstage in a plastic resealable bag with your name clearly marked on the outside. Do not bring costume racks! There is no room! (Dressers exempt).
  • During the show absolutely no parents are allowed backstage. Dressers will remain backstage during the show. Panthers staff will be checking dressers have their I.D. tags.

Students will be required back at the theatre at the following times:Teachers will be meeting your child at the stage door at the times allocated below:

All Performers:6.15pm SHARP! At the Stage Door

Theatre Doors Open:6.30pm

PICK UP

Tiny Groovers, Little Kidz , Pre-Level and Primary children can be picked up from the stage at the end of the show. All other levels can be picked up from their dressing rooms.

  • All audience members must be seated by 6.50pm. A Lockout will be enforced and any audience members not seated by this time will not be permitted entry to the theatre until a suitable time, as not to disrupt performers and fellow audience members.
  • Please be aware no camera or video recording equipment (including mobile phone cameras) are to be used. Any person found taking photos or videoing during the production will be immediately asked to leave the theatre by Panthers staff and will not be allowed to re-enter.
