Section B Listening and Writing (10 marks)

Do not mark the rough notes; they are for the candidate's use only.

The letter must be informal enough to be to a best friend. For full marks, the letter must contain the following information:

For the above anything sensible from the list:

Outdoor activities: include golf, rock climbing, bungee jumping and horse riding.

Relaxation: massage, sauna, and beauty treatments – for men and women.

Evening programme: evening shows, films in cinema, bars, and disco.

Variety of restaurants: French, Italian, Indian and modern English.

(1 mark)for saying what you should take with you:

No specialist equipment/only suitable clothes for the activities chosen

Section F (25 marks)

Writing criteria apply.

At this level the composition must have a clear introduction, middle and end. It must answer the question, suggesting ways water demand could be reduced at an individual, and commercial level and ways by which the suggested methods of reducing demand should be implemented.
