Mr. Fitzgerald, I met you in October 2014 in the Wilkinsburg High School Gym. It was the gathering promoting candidates for the Democratic election. Matter of fact, at the beginning of your speech you spoke about “Warondrugsandincarceration” which was in the “Doctrine” sent by me (roger) to Dr. Arne Duncan, Secretary of the US Department of Education pertaining to the $3,000,000 Grant to the Pittsburgh School District for research. Which they did not use effectively; theyare too inept to be effective. Visit the graveyards, jails, prison, homeless, welfare, etc. It’s called mis-educating the Nigger. Therefore, jails and prisons have become “Social Dumping Grounds” for niggers. Also, the boys (who have no “safety-net) are setup for the Governor’s prison-list by age 8.
