Requirements:
Students are expected to complete a minimum of 40 hours of field work during the Spring Semester. The practicum requires students to spend time in a school setting and prepare field reports with the focus on understanding the role of a school administrator and the practical realities of school administration. Students observe and interview people performing leadership and administrative functions around the school at all levels.
