MATTER ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
Phil Cordon has been in touch re: Honda Sponsorship, Honda is restructuring and has requested a proposal for sponsorship in writing, Cheree and Jeff will look into this
Website:
The new website should be up and running shortly. Otherwise nothing new
Workshops:
Are scheduled for the 22nd & 23rd of August they are to be held at Pukekohe as there is no access to Auckland. Have 7 confirmed. Steve to ask Logan Hollis and Vaughan Blanchard if they can assist with tutoring as Adrienne is away. An alternate date for Sept 19th and 20th. If unable to get numbers workshops won’t be until at least November 2015.

Driver Graduation:
Shannon, and Amanda are pending their time trial for their Full Licences.
Finance:
Nothing to report.
General Business:
Frank said he’s finding it difficult to stipe a race when it’s not videoed as it’s hard to see all incidence’s so for now he is just making a judgement call. A suggestion was made to pay someone to video and send it to us. We are looking into this and Phil Niall has offered to ask someone to do this for us.
Phil Niall, mentioned that Lincoln Farms are prepared to do a super deal for Amateurs if they send a mare to Sir Lincoln call Phill Niall for more info.
Sally, Shannon had a baby girl (Paris Destiny) Steve said he will ask Anne to arrange a card from all of us to be sent.
Cheree, A Big thankyou to Sheryl for Sponsoring the Amateur Race at the Kumeu meeting of the 30th July.
Steve, all noms for the SS will close at 9am on Thursday Mornings
A few Advanced Amateurs have not renewed their Licences, Rodney Frampton, Stephen Butcher and Vaughan Blanchard has reverted back to a Graduation Licence.
A while ago we discussed having a couple of meetings in Pukekohe, so it has been decided that the next meeting will be at the Pukekohe Park(Station Rd) Steve will contact the appropriate person and make arrangements
