Entrance Ramps from Fourth Street to I-75 to Close May 9, Reservoir and Bryn Mawr Roads to Close May 1

Fourth Street

§  The entrance ramps to Interstate 75 from Fourth Street will close May 9 for 30 days to allow for construction of the new center pier of the bridge.

§  Traffic on I-75 will be maintained in two lanes in each direction for those 30 days, but traffic will be shifted away from the pier area where work is taking place.

§  The exit ramps from Interstate 75 to Fourth Street will remain open during the entire period of construction; however, traffic will not be permitted across the bridge.

§  Fourth Street will remain closed until late fall.

§  Fourth Street traffic is detoured onto Ohio 65, Hanthorn Road and Greely Chapel Road. Truck traffic will utilize the Ohio 309 and Ohio 65 interchanges (see detour maps www.odotlima75.org)

Reservoir Road

§  Reservoir Road over Interstate 75 will close May 1 until late fall for a bridge replacement project.

§  Nightly lane closures will occur on Interstate 75 in the area of Reservoir Road during the week of April 30 from 7 p.m. until 10 a.m. each day to allow for removal of the existing bridge structure.

§  Lane closures will continue through May during nighttime hours but will occur intermittently as work dictates.

§  Bryn Mawr Road from Reservoir Road to Elm Street will close May 1 as well until late fall.

§  Traffic on Reservoir Road detoured onto Ohio 81 and Roush Road back to Reservoir Road (see detour maps www.odotlima75.org).
