CHECKLIST FOR APPLICANTS BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR FREQUENCY ASSIGNMENT/WIRELESS OPERATING LICENSE(WOL) IN RESPECT OF CDMA ACCESS /MICROWAVE ACCESS/MICROWAVE BACKBONE

(ALL APPLICATION TO WPC ARE TO BE FILED ONLINE)

A:CDMA

1. ISSUE OF FREQUECNCY/SPECTRUM ASSIGNMENTS FOR CDMA ACCESS INITIAL SPECTRUM:

1.1Application in prescribed proforma(available on website wpc.dot.gov.in ) duly filled and signed by authorised signatory.

1.2Copy of Service LicenseAgreement with licensor i.e. DoT.(AS GROUP) for the desired service area.

2. MICROWAVE ACCESS/BACKBONE INITIAL SPECTRUM:

2.1Copy of initial CDMA Access earmarking letter.

2.2Application in prescribed proforma(available on website wpc.dot.gov.in ) duly filled and signed by authorised signatory.

2.3Application to be filed online and submitted alongwith hardcopy.

2.4 Link details in prescribed proforma(available on website wpc.dot.gov.in). In case of MW Back Bone.

2.5Link diagram showing detailed applied links in case of MW Back Bone.

3.CDMA ACCESS ADDITIONAL SPECTRUM:

3.1Copy of initial/earlier earmarking of CDMA ACCESS spectrum in particular circle/area.

3.2Request of additional spectrumenclosing datewise figures of Active subscribers(VLR) and peak traffic averaged over a month, as per the criteriaorder in force,as amended from time to time.

4.MICROWAVE ACCESS/MW BACK BONE ADDITIONAL SPECTRUM/(EXTENSION OF THE EARMARKED SPECTRUM TO OTHER DISTs/TOWNs IN CASE OF MW ACCESS):

4.1Copy of initial earmarking of MW ACCESS/BACKBONE spectrum.

4.2Application to be filed online and submitted alongwith hardcopy with justification for such request.

4.3Link details in prescribed proforma(available on website wpc.dot.gov.in). In case of MW Back Bone.

4.4Link diagram showing detailed existing as well as applied links in case of MW Back Bone

5.DEPLOYMENTPLANSUBMISSIONFORCDMA ACCESS/MWACCESS/MW BACK BONE ;

5.1Deployment plan in prescribed proforma (available on website wpc.dot.gov.in ) with SACFA acceptance ID No. to be applied online alongwith hardcopy and softcopy for acceptance.

5.2Copy of earmarking letter.

6.ISSUEOFWIRELESSOPERATINGLICENSE(WOL)FOR CDMA ACCESS/MWACCESS/MW BACK BONE ;

6.1Covering letter indicating the online ID No.s of the deployment acceptance plans for which WOL is sought.

6.2In case of license for additional sites,copy of earlier issued WOL.

6.3Copy of equipment commercial invoice.

6.4AGR/spectrum charges payment receipt for the current quarter along with FBG particulars.
