* All 8th Grade Students will be in good standing, earning a 2.0 GPA

or above and passing all classes.

*All 9th Grade students will be in good standing, earning 6.5 high school credits toward graduation.

*All students will show that they have met standard by passing their MSP and EOC’s

After-school teachers classrooms- Gear-up individual follow-up (face to face meeting) Advisory Grade-check

GROWTH MIND SET POSTER PROGRESS- DONE AND GOING UP!

  1. Improve Student Achievement: What does the Data Show? New ideas?
  2. Becoming a reflective teacher book study
  3. Visiting individual departments to follow up with TPEP

2. Attendance:

IMPLEMENTATION of the Staff /student contact plan (Michaela McCoy)

1) Identify high-flyers for attendance issues- students missing 10 or more days

2) Post names in staff room

3) Staffulty identify students with whom they HAVE had a recent positive interaction

a) Note any attendance changes

Staff puts their name on card with student and when they have called they put the name/card back and another staff member may then follow-up with that student too.

Kick it off WEDNESDAY the 26th.

Lunch Detention Policy Data- (NOT EXACT)

Last year we had 3660 Lunch detentions at this point we now have 1425 this year.

Referral cannot be compared at this time since we are doing it in a different way this year. Tracking needs to be thought through to make data comparisons.
