PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Assistant Manager MIS and Business Processes, Jubilant Organosys Ltd. NOIDA, India, 2003-2005.

Jubilant Organosys Ltd. is multi-million dollar chemical products firm in India. As Assistant Manager MIS and Business Processes, I worked in developing a harmonious New Product Introduction process for the Product Chemicals Division. I helped evolve a model based on lagging analysis to optimize the product mix, thus ridding my department of 20 non-performing products. I also anchored the first Nationwide Customer Satisfaction Survey for the organization. I managed the summer Internship program for my department in 2004 and 2005 and was also part of a team that developed a training schedule based on self-assessment by employees and evaluation by their superiors for my department.
