Agreements New Members Accepting Procedure

ANNEXE I,

To „ Cooperation Agreement ” – signed in Yalta on the 4. October 2007 .

On the session of the Agreement Management Board which placed on the 24. November 2010 in Budapest led by Mister Frantisek Kregl, is accepted as follows:

„ Agreements new members accepting procedure”

1)  Association which reports readiness to join to the „ Cooperation Agreement ” places to hands of the Agreement Management Board President the following documents:

a.  Name of Association

b.  Registering document transcript from the National Associations Register

c.  Declaration about accession to the „ Cooperation Agreement ”- a Declaration pattern about the accession constitutes the attachment No. 1 to this regulations

2)  Agreement Management Board at its session accepts with the simple majority of the votes a candidate to the Agreement members team, gives him status of a “Candidate for a Member” for the period max.1 year but only with the advisory vote.

3)  Candidate for a Member until 1 year can obtain a status of an Agreement Member.

The decision makes the Agreement Management Board.
