Principal Duties and Responsibilities
·  Ensuring smooth and efficient communication with commercial and residential clients
·  Taking non-emergency calls from clients & handling all related administration
·  Communicating with both Service Partners, as well as other team areas within KHC to investigate and resolve client queries and issues
·  Handling complaints and, where necessary, escalating to the Head of Client Management.
·  Handling cancellations and treating each as an opportunity to retain a client
·  Making outbound calls to clients to check on their satisfaction levels
·  Collecting and analysing client questionnaires
·  Populating and distributing client dashboard and any other data required by the business.
·  Working closely and in harmony with the Control team but reporting directly to the Head of Client Management
·  Acting as the client representative within KHC.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements
·  Office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
·  Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
·  Prior experience in a customer service role
·  First rate organisational & administration skills, plus excellent attention to detail
·  Min A-level or equiv. educated, or relevant experience
·  IT literate – Word/Excel/MS Outlook
